I mean that, by the way. The problem with binds, apart from the fact that they don’t enhance the gameplay experience at all and add nothing to the item(s), is that you can’t trade said item with another player because it is “soulbound to you”. What!
What if I never wanted this item in the first place but was bound to it when I picked it up? What if I wanted it at the time but stopped needing it later on? Why can’t I trade it with someone who needs or wants it? Why can’t I put it up on the AH and make some extra cash? I really doubt that there is a technical reason as to why soulbound items are (still) a thing.
I agree that all these systems are absolutely crap. But Blizzard doesn’t agree.
