Soulshape and Ghost Wolf

Does anyone have any information on how these two abilities interact?

I’m really loving the feel of the Night Fae Covenant for shaman, but from what I can gather Soulshape and Ghost Wolf (and Druid forms) are going to be separate? (i.e. that one will cancel the other?)

If this is true I am hoping this is an oversight that is going to be iterated upon?

I’m struggling to explain what I’m really asking for…
but as an example I like to use the Spirit Wolf talent; I like to run around in my wolf form and so I like having the 20% extra speed.

Since they were announced Soulshape has been the ability I am most excited about, it sounded very cool, and now I’ve seen it I think it looks even cooler! But I feel that some of that excitement is lost because I already have a travel form that when talented is superior.

Also for context, consider classes who have speed buffs not tied to a form; my Rogue for example has Fleet Footed and Hit and Run, it runs at 130% speed all the time (actually it runs at 162% from longstrider and gems ^^), and there is no indication that that 30% won’t stack with the extra 30% from soulshape.

Maybe at the very least Spirit Wolf can also apply to Soulshape?
Maybe classes that are already adept at using a travel form they could get a buff to Soulshape’s speed?
Even if it only applies in rested areas?

I have to echo the above, there is something about Soulshape that is not quite hitting the mark, especially with Shaman in mind. Why would you use Soulshape and not ghost wolf? Where is the incentive beyond a couple niche affects if you pick the appropriate soulbind talent.

In my opinion the base soulshape ability doesn’t do enough to warrant the faff.

it really makes Night Fae so much less appealing to Shamans and Druids, which is kind of ironic given that RPG wise Night Fae should make the most sense to both of these classes

The double blink is good even in shamans though
