what are you changing in pvp after the nerfs? Trying different talents? Any thoughts or tips?
Sadly I think this statement goes live as soon as blizzard ‘‘hofix a class that hasn’t been a limelight for more than a whole expack.’’

I did try some games yesterday with a new build and it was ‘’ okayish’’ just a bit frustrating to have to be lucky to do some OK dmg.

Thanks for that - so looks as though focussed on MF: Insanity channels and tentacle procs and away from focus on SW:D buffs?
With both sets of talents to buff MF channels - the speed one and damage one

The state is so bad with def nerfs. Ret hit me for 180 000 today. Every queue is melee, lost a -300 rating on solo shuffle for nothing. Damage unhealable. Partner can’t finish the target on low hp then I am trained to death. Healers heal doesn’t help. Dead on the second or third go of enemies burst cd.

What about the dps reduction? Changing spec?
You still deal enough damage to teams, provided its not a double melee and if it is a double melee so oong as it is not feral + uhdk you can still win.

It’s tough sure but with this build the dmg seems enough to atleast do good dmg and kill.
Did try on shuffle 2s and that felt OK, will see what the best sp will find as new build.

I rage-quitting this state of Solo Shuffle. I will probably go back to my main and wait for next season to play again. Will do more stuff in real life instead of this time sink. In my situation, it is impossible to regain that amount of rating with these long queues and melee fiesta.

Honestly, I feel for you guys right now.
This Shadow Priest was only an alt I’ve been trying to learn since Dragonflight launch, but I just got a chance to play it after the Wednesday nerfs and the double hit to survivability and damage was clearly too much.
Every melee just zug zug’s you down with almost 0 counterplay possible.
Why the hell would Blizzard think SP needed a nerf to their proc rate too ‘to make them cast more’, when so many other casters have instant crap they can do for higher burst anyway. (Hello Ele Shaman).
Utterly bonkers.

They dislikes it so much so every time they want to ‘‘fix it’’ its a fix no one wanted.
