Spark Refunding

I submitted a request to have my crafting sparks restored only for it to be dined.

I’d like to express how disappointed I am with the in game support with this issue. I found someone in trade chat to make my sword and sent a work order, clicked the wrong sword and ended up with an intellect one handed sword as a warrior. Both Items use the exact same materials, the exact same icon and share the window when I search swords, millimeters apart.

I get not restoring sparks in most cases, I’d imagine blizz would be flooded with people wanting to change main specs or craft a new item because they got a good drop for the crafted slot. But this isn’t that, The item is totally unusable, one misclick and I’m behind 2 weeks sparks.

Anyone who plays the game would see what a detriment this is at the start of an expansion and i feel a blanket ‘no refunds’ is very narrowminded in this instance.

I regret to say, that clicking the wrong item is a “you” error. Both Blizzard AND the crafter completed their half of the bargain, and gave you your sword. Its not their fault you choose the wrong item, I’m afraid.

This kind of issue is EXACTLY why they don’t refund sparks. Literally, almost textbook.

No it isn’t, an EXACT TEXTBOOK reason would be changing your mind or having second thoughts. Like I said, I understand why, but this isn’t that.

Not looking in to things on a case by case basis is just a lazy way of them getting around being flooded with requests of people swapping items for others they’d prefer.
