Hi Guys, is it me or is does anyone else think this weeks new Sparks of Life: Thaldraszus quest for Trophy of Strife seem a little bit of a challenge for some of us, there being no Chest available, not enough players & only the first War Crate offers 10 Spark of Life. I don’t even think Thaldraszus has a decent PvP area? but anyway…
If anyone has any trusty methods to help me boost completion rate, any suggestions are most definitely welcome & thank you!
Trust me, out of all of them you picked the worst one. It’s pretty garbage because it heavily favours the people who camp and collect buffs, I’ve seen many people doing this in group to gain a very unfair advantage. The other ones you can get some pretty good fights from, great to see warmode actually alive.
it’s an absolute mayhem.
For anyone doing this, either join or make a group, and fly with your drake close to the ground where ppl are fighting. Also go tank spec if you can. You will get the Sparks
edit: dont forget to take your 25 horde/alliance kills quest. You can also get that while getting the Sparks quest.
Oh yeh, I totally realise that. The whole place was swarmed with overly buffed up people camping the graveyard. I have no idea how I managed to get the quest done.
I don’t mind a little bit of PVP here and there, it can be quite fun. But when they are graveyard camping and there is no possible way anyone could ever take them down… it just loses any kind of fun.
This wq needs remodeling. One buff gives you invincibility for 5 minutes and only a few classes can remove it. In addition, yesterday I was invited to the “spark farm” group and when I reached the rest of the group they removed me from the group to kill me and get 1 spark … Nice this world pvp
Yeah I don’t even bother with Cobalt Assembly. The second I walked in there yesterday a demon hunter flew by and deleted me before I could even blink. It’s a cool idea in theory, but in reality it’s a terrible experience.
As for the sparks - I don’t really find them any more difficult than last weeks (Azure Span). You needed 200 for that, but only 100 for Thaldraszus which is a breath of fresh air. Keep an eye on the war supply crates as that’s probably the most consistent way of obtaining them.
oh yeah that quest is basicly one person buffed to the max with the powers killing everyone. You basicly got to wait until that person leaves in the hope of becoming the same thing as him
Yeh, I actually did it last time the quest was up as well, and although most people got on with the quest, there was a little bit of fun PVP here and there.
