Sparks of war isle of dorne bugged?

i have done 5 world quests, killed 2 rares but i have not gotten any sparks of war from the quest, and it says isle of dorn, and yes i have warmode on :slight_smile:

Same issue here.

I just finished the quest by killing some poor Paladin in War Mode and looting the purple rocks on the ground.
