Hello, what spec would you recommend me to play if i like the playstyle of Destruction warlock ? Where all spells feel impactful and i always feel like i am doing damage. What other specs have similar playstyle ?

Fire Mage is the other similar spec that immediately comes to mind.
Similar in some ways. Different in others. But … similar.

False. Mage in general doesn’t fit their description at all atm. Especially not fire mage, that only does damage during combustion
False. No other spec has a big ranged nuke resembling Chaos Bolt to match Fire Mage’s Pyroblast! And as for doing damage all the time, Destro has its own version of downtime while building embers.
Having said that, the ways that Fire Mage and Destro work to build or trigger their nukes are quite different, but there is no spec that is really like any other spec. Even Rogue specs, which are probably closest now (?) have differences.
All 3 specs play very differently. The only thing they have in common is the combo point system.
He asked for a spec with constant damage, where it always feels good pressing buttons like destro lock was with rain of fire, and you recommend fire mage

but destro is a pet spec… its difficult to say somethin similar… i found really difficult to play mage in general in the last 2 exp so probably isnt exaCTLY a good idea.
Probably Popligor is right when he tal about retri with final verdict leggo.
But now IMHO destro is the most impactful spec you can have.

Not ironicaly but where are those big big pyroblast hits during combustion on my fire mage 
even during combustion IT hits like wet noodles for me. Maybe i’m doing something wrong but numers are just not there compared to my other chars
You have to keep infernal cascade up. That’s very likely the issue, but outside of combustion, we indeed hit like wet noodles
