Once i saw the utter button bloat i immediately specced back to elemental. What the hell is up with resto needing 5 million totems, cooldowns and heals?
Even with a mouse with 12 buttons I still find myself running out of binds lmao.
They need to condense the cooldowns imo and just make the ones we have stronger, instead of giving us a bunch of meh ones.
enhancement is even worse
Do you heal with “click on party frames” macros.
For example with addons such a VohDo that do it for you ?
Because if you do… all that clutter becomes just 4 buttons you have to press + CDs…
Not a big deal if you ask me.
Holy priest says hi.
U dont use all your totems then, but i get u its not that difficult immo.
Resto and enhancement are on the same page immo.
Yes I do. But many dont even require a keybind at all. Only those that have a short CD and are used very often.
And then you got shift+key and control+key. Allowing you to have 3 totems with 1 keybind. That works perfect for totems with a big CD which are critical (you have to be fast when you cast them, like SLT).
Basically, by removing the 4 most pressed (spammed) spells from your binds (Riptide, Healing Surge, Healing Wave, Chain Heal) to “click on party frames” you give yourself the whole keyboard to bind everything else that is not those 4 spammable spells.
So it dosent become such a cluster.
Since when having options is a button bloat? They dont override each other so its not a button bloat. there are 2 totems for heal. The rest is utility. chain heal>healing surge>riptide>healing rain and there you are playing casually.
There are no procs or resets or healing bursts overrides so you dont know what to choose from…
AGAIN… Having options is NOT a button bloat.
It isn’t even button bloat though, like all the spells and totems are actually used. But yeah going from elemental to resto definitely brings more than a few new buttons.
And you think elemental doesn’t use a lot of buttons?
