Hello,
I completed 3 world quests in Island of Dorn, however the special assignment quest shows that I need to complete 0 world quests.
I completed 1 more world quest but the issue is still exist. Please help.

Same here. It’s in my questlog as 3/3 completed and ready for turn in. Relogging did not help either and i also did an extra quest to make sure i had done enough. Is it an idea to shut this assignment down untill it is fixed and put another one up in a different zone? Instead of you know… letting it appear once more and having people miss out on the chest.

I can confirm that there is currently a bug affecting this quest, and that our developers are currently working on a fix for this bug.
Our team is unfortunately unable to disable this quest, or provide another one, however this bug should be fixed at a later time. If you encounter another bug in-game, please report it to them, and they will be able to review it for you:

Thanks for the reply, and explaining that you can not disable it. Luckily it has not popped up since, so that’s good 
This was happening to me.
Managed to resolve it and access the quest by logging out, disabling all add ons. When I logged in the quest was available to start.
