Spell cloth 1k ea

TBC inflation is real boys.

Wow cheap server?

Even people who are loaded won’t be spending that much g on a single piece of spellcloth. The gear made from it might be sold for a few k though, especially at the start of P1.

The gear made from it is bop, spellcloth will go for 1k. Primal fire will go for 500g/each for days.

Ah seems I was mistaken about the gear. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. With so many competition on the small areas for primals and the fact that not all people have ludicrous amounts of gold to spend I can see them dropping very fast. I for one have about 35k+ atm but I most definitely will not be spending 500g for one primal.

I think 800g primal fire and 1k Spelcloth is more likely.

Elemental Plateau is going to have more people on it than AQ40 during the gates event .

I will make it myself. What you gonna do about it? And what i don’t need i will sell you suckers for 2k.

This is the perfect opportunity for poor people to earn some gold. Delay your own gear a few weeks, earn enough gold to last for a long time.

Not like you will need the gear for t4 anyway, if you not gonna buy the cloth, you will have cleared t4 long before you craft more than 1 piece. So take advantage of the rich players now and earn some gold.

I seem to remember you get a fair bit of fire motes just mining if your patient enough.

BRB, rerolling druid miner ^^

You may be right, that price can be somewhat realistic in first 2 weeks.
And I will be thankful just to be able to login into the game without long queue. Prices on stuff are the last worries of mine.

You absolutely have to be kidding with this. People that dont have gold simply buy it.

Do you for a second think anyone is running about without tailoring BoP’s for months when they could just drop half a days wages RMT’ing it?

Tailoring ia going to be heavily controlled by the mafia for a very, very long time. They will be a total fortune up until t6

Biggest nutbag post ive read in a good while.

1: Most people dont buy gold.
2: Tailoring sets are nice, but absolutely not something you need to have in the first month, they arent THAT powerfull, and T4 is not hard enough to require them.
3: Mafia? you mean that a item that is crafted by a proffession that anyone have access to, with mats that can be farmed with either killing mobs that anyone can kill, or from mining, and from alchemy transmute. There is too many sources to get these mats for a mafia to control it. There will most probably be heavy layering at the start, which increases availability of the primals, and hard for anyone to even try to take control of.

Primal mafia squads

Can’t wait for the inflation lmao.

I disagree.
The players that are " poor " in todays classic arnt going to have it easy, the sheer number of players farming for materials is going to be chaotic, considering a lot of the new crafted gear will be used for in most tiers,

if they can’t make gold in the massive world of classic wow how do you expect them to fight against the army of competitors in outland?
Yes there’s many ways of obtaining these mats but there will be far more players itching to get hold of them, survival of the fittest.

And layering won’t save the poor either, maybe later into tbc yes, but at first? Nah

Honestly, let the savages fight over the mats, there is going to be plenty of other stuff to grind in tbc other than mats and gold during the first periods,

A big one is a 3 letter word that starts with an R

Newer players will have like 1k gold at level 70, there is never going to be a situation where people will need to or be willing spend 20x the normal value for a primal, something that can be farmed in minutes.

Layering will mean even private servers are more contested than Blizzard servers.

“tailoring will be heavily controlled by the mafia”

Haahhahahahjahahaahahja

what stuff have you been smoking lol? What mafia? Like they said the devilsaur mafia was gonna be a thing on big servers, taking over a zone (which didn’t happen btw)? A crafting CD can’t be controlled like that. You think they can just stop me and my 3 alts gathering cloth from literally anywhere or craft my Primal Mooncloth CD? And even if they underbid the rest I’ll still make em for myself. Demand is gonna be too big for one small part of the playerbase to dominate a thing like this. Everyone with a mind to sell will sell their CD or cloth.

So you can’t farm primals because your poor???

People are hoarding their gold so that they can dump it in TBC and get a head start. You can either:

  1. Cry about it.
  2. Farm the materials that people actually want and make use of the fact that people are dumping their gold hoard. Sell all the materials you get and then buy them again next the following week when the price has halved. You’ll gear up a little later, but you can earn yourselves a lot of gold.

Normally I try to leave people here to form their own opinions of other posters… But you’re both right, he’s been off his rocker since the Classic board released.
