My guildies and I have a question:
Do healer-priests, need spell-hit-raiting, for dispelling? Can a person, miss or resist, a friendly dispell? since allies resist sometime when we try to dispel some debuffs on them, just some times. We would love an answer to get this argument settled, to see if priest should be allowed to get spell-hit-items.
Why did you feel the need to make the same post on both Customer Support, and Technical Support, and even then, both those are the wrong place, as its neither a customer support nor a technical support issue.
Community->General Discussions would have been the correct place.
The Blues wont be able to provide you with an answer, as this information is categorized as an in-game hint. They can’t provide game hints to players.

Thats exactly why its not a CS or TS related question. It belongs in General Discussions.
