Can we change spell push back to only apply on 1st and 2nd hit as 0.5sec each, to increase viability of specs in pvp (tbh I also think dots and instant cast spells should have a shorter range than casted spells).
My reasoning is every caster uses pretty much solely instant cast abilities in pvp from their rune toolkit or dots that they have baseline, this isnt exactly fun gameplay.
Current caster gameplay is just:
Instant cast => kite => instant cast => kite.
I think a solution to this would just be capping spell pushback so it is in line with later expansions, where they have similar toolkits to what we have in SOD, why else would they make this change in later expansions.
I can’t think of a valid reason for people to have an issue with this change, if you can’t interrupt/stun in a 1.5 sec or up to a 2.5sec cast you deserve to be hit tbh. The meta rn in pvp seems to be spriest, tank dot lock, and boomy all who just dot and run away.
Just my thoughts, kinda boring pvp gameplay.
I have played every class in classic and IMO this is the biggest thing to make caster classes fun in PVP.
