I have encountered a warrior that always uses Spell reflection when I cast Asphyxiate.
I have met him for 5 hours today in BGs and not been able to stun him with my insta cast. Everytime he uses Spell reflect
You can right click their name on the scoreboard to report for cheating if you suspect them.

He might just have fast reflexes. Did you try stun him from behind when he is not aware of you? Experienced priests fade my silence sting before it hits them. So do I to other classes with scooter shot a warr stormbolt or lock coil so I dont take dmg from them. Often times its really easy to see CC incoming.
Having fast reflexes is now a reportable offense, mr mvp?
As you quoted me: “if you suspect them” I did not say they were actually cheating.
I know that you said they werent cheating. But there are many people here that will misinterpret your statement and think its cheating, report other people because mvp said so and in the end innocent people get banned. My advice for you is you should be careful on how you use your statements and be more clear on how you say things.
Reports will be investigated, if they’re guilty they will be penalised and they may appeal. If they’re not, the reports are discarded.

Alot of the times he was busy fighting other people and I tried to stun him, but at the same time I click the spell his spell reflection comes up
Well if he was busy fighting people he probably reflected at them and not you, must have been a coincidence. My suggestion for you is just wait for him to press reflect first and when it ends, you can use your stun. Dont make it difficult for yourself 
I did wait a few times and he never use reflect unless I use my stun spell. That’s why I thought it was suspicous, almost like a bot programmed to use reflect only on certain incoming spells

Could be using a kick bot script as they certainly exist. Looked into these after coming up against suspicious game play previous year in arena, which led me to looking into it, this led me to a site selling all sorts of scripts.
Dps scripts were the latest, you controled your character but the script did the damage for you, blizz did a sweep for these a few months ago, as there forum was talking about what scripts worked or got caught, guess those that get caught and banned just start a new account.
As suggested all you can do is report the character for cheating, though there could also as suggested be a logical explanation.
How though if it’s insta cast? I know people use scripts to counter certain abilities only and ignore the others.
if you track cooldowns and i see an instant spell coming of CD. the chances are the player will press it as soon as its free
so if i pre click spell reflect 0.1seconds before the cooldown is ready to use,
9 times out of 10 it will be reflected
unfortunately some people dont learn that and some dont track cooldowns
most people have the mind set of just spamming anything that lights up on their screen… including CC and cooldowns
How obvious it is to see who uses these scripts . And than the same people come to the forum trying to white wash them ala the thieves’ hat is on fire .
The OP said he couldn’t stun that player once in 5 hours from behind while he was fighting others and these hunters here are like . Well he’s got mad skillz and reflexes brooo.

Chances are that warrior was either one of the above or a friend in their premade / discord community .
You can predict someone when you know their habits , not when you play vs some rando guy in bg , who may or may not even press that skill because he does not have it bound or is not used to using it .
Let me guess he never wasted a single spell reflect , but always somehow magically reflected the asphyxiate .
Standard scripts used by such people can do the following :
Kickbots are set to kick only a certain spell at 000.1 . Like spam shadowbolt for 30 minutes no one interrupts you . Try to cast chaos bolt / Arcane Surge / Convoke and you get interrupt 00.1 . You can set them to kick all spells but that is too obvious .
Fake cast . Auto fake cast at certain % to block above kickbots .
Auto reflect or totem to use on abilities . These are used to brake your cc by spell reflect , grounding / fear or for instance place ring of peace automatically on top of a priest barrier .
Rotation bots , which basically play the game for you .
There are probably others but these are the most obvious .
Report people with scripts like this instantly . Tell in the battleground chat to report them as well . Of course before report test this a few time to see if you are indeed correct or just RNG happened and you got outplayed .

This is why stuff like weakauras should be banned. Addons take away too much from the game and give players answers to everything to make it all easier. You shouldn’t be having an icon telling you when someone elses CD is coming off. That’s cheating
