Hi, as a warrior I often seem to reflect nothing at all, but in my combat log spell reflect is not mentioned, even if I did see a spell being reflect, and do dmg.
I want to check what causes my spell reflect to not work a lot of the time. Is there any addon that could alert me of what spells I succesfully reflected, or also which ones I succesfully pummeled if possible (as an extra).
I don’t know the name of many addons this time around.
The fact that it doesn’t show damage being done doesn’t always mean you didn’t reflect anything. You could’ve reflected a dispell, or a curse of elements, or maybe the reflected spell resisted (yes, this does happen).
If you’re using weakauras, google Spell Reflect Announcer, there are plenty of them online. Else I’m not aware of any standalone addon that does this.
As for the pummels, Details shows what spells you interrupted, and how many times. It also shows spell reflect damage by the way, but not WHICH spell you reflected.
There was some sort of announcer that I used back in the day in arena, that would format in /say which buffs I dispelled and which spells I interrupted.
Does anyone know what this is and does it still exist?

that is if you’re using weakauras which I do not. I did find the weakauras addon on curse and it seems a bit too much work to set up.
Well you absolutely should, it’s the single most important and useful addon you can get. Ready-made and rated UI modifications of any kind you can imagine are one google search away.

Weak auras is an addon that “Does nothing”. It’s a small framework that lets people send useful scripts to each other. Sometimes these scripts are tiny and do very little, some of them are large and let you track entire boss encounters.
Think of WeakAuras as a place for people to white “mini addons” without needing to know LUA or upload to websites etc. - you can just copy paste them in chat and people can use them.
