Looking for a addon like the “Forte-exorcist” we used to have.
Basically spell timers as bars very similar to DBM timers. FX was amazing for keeping a visual bar for DOT’s/HOT’s and such for every class and spec. yet it seems no addon can do this now.
I have tried looking but not found anything so far,
I use plater, it gives me the dots and durations on the nameplate. In addition i also use shadowed unit frames which also do the same.

Nowadays WeakAuras replaced most of the functionality of the addon u are looking for, but from what I’ve seen in addon’s description, Quartz can provide buffs/debuffs bars to some extent (most close one providing bars). Other than that stuff usually implemented using different custom WeakAuras.

Edit: Also I do remember some buffs/debufs bars in ElvUI by default.
