Spells on tool bar

since i started to play today the tool bar icons flash like gold and red sometimes i dont rly need or like this feature quite distracting rly but even if i use the add on hide button glow it still shows the icons with animation and frame around icon i rly dont need this to see my spells how to turn it off like it was before feels too weird almost flashes to show gcd and its rly not needed how can i get rid of this change to my ui tool bar icons

This change is quite disturbing for me as well. It’s a lot harder for me to see both procs and remaining charges on examplewise ‘Mind Blast’ while casting it.

What a truly mindless change this was…

Reported several times on the PTR that they were distracting and redundant, guess the idea of “new” conquers all.
