so spinning crane kick rank 1 have 10% increased dmg per target hit with tp,bk,rsk in the last 15 sec, but when you reach rank 2 the dmg dont increase to 20% …
bug or … ?
Looks like some tool tip error. When you go on wowhead, both rank 1 and rank 2 are identical in its phrasing. Perhaps the damage through calculations is what is increased. But I’m not 100% sure.
