The Spires of Arak outpost/zone ability Smuggling Run!, to summon a vendor, does not show up anymore. (At least on horde characters. Haven’t tested it on alliance yet.)
In case anyone is interested, I made a weakaura to remedy the situation until it gets fixed (which I’m not counting on, tbh, since it’s been years).

It could be one of your addons interfering so try an interface reset to rule that out.
Anyway dragging the garrison ability to your bars should make it available that way (it changes based on the zone so if you see it in other zones you can do that).
Nope. I tried disabling all my addons already, didn’t do anything. Which I suspected it wouldn’t, since the zone ability button shows up fine in other zones.
I came here for another issue but saw your post. Ive literally just used my smuggling run zone ability to summon the vendor and bought the toy so seems to be working fine at least for me
