Edit: I’m unable to to make a post in the Bug Report Section, it says i need a character above level 10, which makes no sense.
Hello Everyone,
First of all, i’ve never done a post before, point out misstakes, correct me if im wrong or if its a repost. 
The Bug exists since Classic WoW;
I was in a BG against other players, i got pummeled and died later. As a Holy Priest i have the Talent called: Spirit of Redemption that turns me into a big blue angel and im able to heal for 15sec.
But sometimes. if i die after i got kicked, im unable to use My Spirit of Redemption for 4sec. depending on which cc it was. havent tested it further. I’ve uploaded a video on youtube to better showcase my problem
Im sorry, if my grammar isnt that good, im still learning the langauge.

PS: im not sure if its intended or not , ur only able to report someone for afk, if you click on his Profil Frame. if you click on the raid frame instead, u wont see the afk report button!
