Splinterstorm/Frost splinter still pulls far away, out-of-combat mobs

Be aware when doing certain dungeon content as a frost spellslinger mage. Frost splinters still pull targets that are very far away, even when you aren’t facing them nor are they are in combat

Happened to me in Ara-Kara on the final boss Ki’katal. We went through a side path, so the mobs in the middle path were still alive.

When fighting the boss, a frost splinter suddenly flies off towards a Blood Overseer, pulling the two mobs into the boss fight.

As it was a +12, this is not recoverable.

I assume this issue was fixed, as I don’t pull the first boss on Siege of Boralus anymore. But seems that there are still quite some scenarios where it does happen.

Another one is the first boss in Azjol-Nerub, which I discovered now during Timewalking.
Whenever you just fight the mobs in front of boss, even when pulling them away, the boss will be pulled by a frost splinter.

Its quite annoying and in high keys this is definitely key depleting, and as such game breaking

Also happens with Glorious Incandescence for Sunfury Fire Mages, the two extra targets that Fire Blast hits can be miles away from your target and not even in combat with you.
