that he knows xalatath has a magic succing trinket and decides that the play is to just straight up blast her with magic.
He is better than this and did not need to be dumbed down to make xalatath look epic cool badass impervious etc etc
I don’t even think Khadgar is dead personally, but that might be another tinfoil hat theory (he didn’t die on screen therefore…)

What did you mean by this btw? Are people talking about DF with the ‘bad decisions’ or TWW? I haven’t really seen anything about this for TWW, at least not on the level DF had. Sorta worried - I haven’t played TWW myself yet, so I can’t judge - that the vitriolic reaction from the lowest scum of the playerbase towards DF’s representation gave Blizzard cold feet about this, and TWW wouldn’t have as much representation any more.
Well they claim the death of the old, white man is because old white men are no longer allowed in videogames.
I hope that’s true because then it will mean Turalyon is also dying

There were also some novice magi in the Priory, but I suspect we won’t be seeing them again.
It’d definitely put into question a major point in the Arathi’s story if someone’s roleplay character is actually a really good mage, who could totally make portals, but for some reason chooses not to…

I played those two last night and they are amazing questlines. I honestly wasnt expecting that twist with gem lady although i was wondering why our character gets to go unscathed. The dwarf was really sad as he slowly lost himself and it reminded me of family who suffered from that terrible disease of Alzheimers.
“DEI” is the new “woke” for people who are realizing nobody will take them seriously if they say “woke”.

The youtube comments are surprisingly dense with the idea that Male characters are being killed to be replaced by Strong Female Characters.
