Did anyone get a bit wistful as they went round Dalaran during the intro chain? As a server, we built a living, breathing city every Tuesday night and it was strange fighting in the city streets.
That’s the spot Kesego stands to serve up burgers now under rubble (hope he wasn’t working!). Going into the tailor and thinking that’s the popular TK Studios gone. And spiders overrunning the Ledgermain Lounge making me sad as it was such a central community hub. Even seeing the pitch spot i picked out two weeks ago under rocks!
RP added so much to this corner of the world it added an extra impact to the questline instead of just running around stomping spiders!
I am worried about the community itself After war of thorns kalimdor rp kinda fizzled otu compared to before, I hope same doesn’t happen to dalaran rpers. I hope you lot can pick a new hub :<
Well, while it is a shame for the RP community, i do think that players will endure, if they are willing to.
Aye, Dalaran may be gone, but that doesn’t mean that other places cannot be used to have the market still going. It will be a chance for our characters to grow, starting anew and perhaps, given the losses, try more.
We have plently of hubs that can be used. The gardens in Suramar is one, or Halfhill in Valley of four winds…
Aye, it will not be the same, but it still opens up for alot of new possibilities for our characters! Some may even decide to join in on the war, avenging what they lost.
