Do you still need Brill/Dolanaar for this achievement? They only exist in past-time and noone is ever there. It makes it difficult to find players with rabbits out

Is this one of the achievements that can be done by having your rabbit beside you on one character then Alt-F4, log in (at the same spot) quickly with an altand summon the rabbit again and both are there at the same time briefly?
I did this for the picnic achievement a few years ago.
Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t.
