Sprocket Container for Legion Engineering Plans

The Boon of the Builder enchantment only works on characters at level 45. Woe is the Engineer who levels the profession at level 60. I would like to complete the profession and obtain plans for Chain, Heavy, Rugged, and Tailored Skullblasters. These plans ONLY drop from Sprocket Containers while equipping shoulders enchanted with Boon of the Builder.

Currently there is no other way to obtain these plans other than being at level 45 while having the shoulders equipped. Plans cannot be obtained and mailed to another character because they are bind on pickup.

Nothing is mentioned in the Legion Engineering guide stating that these plans need to be obtained at level 45. Legion Engineering Guide - Guides - Wowhead

I see comments on the forum on both the EU and US realms regarding this which go back a couple of years, yet this problem still persists. Is it possible to please return the function of the enchantment of the Boon of the Builder, which allows players to collect Sprocket Container from the corpses of enemies to characters that have reached level 60?

Support from others players who are also frustrated with this would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have the same issue, my main is lvl 60 and I would love to get all the recipes that I can get. Do something to fix this, make them only aviable/workable at timewalking or something. More fixing Blizz!!

Yes! I’ve submitted numerous tickets. I’ve been told to submit feedback to the developers AND it’s been suggested that I submit the topic here. STILL waiting for a resolution. One should not have to start leveling up a prof all over again because the system is broken for getting these schematics.

Sadly EU forum staff have nothing to do with fixing bugs nor do GMs. I’m imagining this is something to do with level squish and the only way for EU players to report it is to report it as a bug ingame using the bug report tool (the big pictorial button left hand side towards the top of the customer support section). This goes to QA/devs in the US and they’ll realise it’s still a problem.

Yes. I’m aware of this feature, thank you. I’ve sent bug reports regularly for months on end with screen shots and as much detail as possible. Still no resolution. :-/ Thank you for the suggestion though. It’s a good idea, if only it would produce results.
