Hello! I’ve encountered a problem. After several years of inactivity, I decided to return to the game. The squad system was recently introduced, which causes reputation to become account-wide. The problem is that my main character had the Ambassador of the Shadowlands achievement, and I was exalted with literally every faction in the expansion, but when I tried to buy certain items that required reputation, I was surprised to discover I didn’t have enough. In short, all my reputation with the Shadowlands factions was reset and became zero for all characters, including the exalted one.
