SS as healer - the inbalance is gameruining

Main issue for healing is that system consider guy with like -30 ratting than you as low rated target and expect you to win ALL, which is unrealistic, because even -+150 means diference is almost no existant.

Here is common day in healer life:
1st game = Draw
2nd game = Draw
3rd game= 4:2 win for +15 rating
4th game = Draw
5th game 5:1 win for +30 rating
6th game= 4:2 win for +15 rating
7th game=Draw
8th game=2:4 lose for -45
9th game=4:2 win for +15 ratting
10th game = 0:5 lose for -70

Now lets do some math: Lets say each game is 15mins long… so for 10 games its around 2.5 hours of play. Imagine you started your gaming session with 2k ratting, you played 10 games, and you Win 4 games, lost two which isnt bad at all, in your mind you are doing well, you also sweated to pull those draw games, but instead of gaining some ratting your end your play session with 1960 ratting… So sense of wasted time and sense of progress of nowhere is BIG.

This, exactly this. If system had a wider range of considering a person same skill level, it would be much more fair for healers.
Most of frustration comes out of losing much rating for a 2-4 against a “Weaker” healer, who is actually lower on CR, but is higher on exp.
