Thank the game devs who thought they could abuse healers to fix the long que times for dps. As a result healers are on strike and you’re back to the same long queues. Sorry on behalf of the healers for blizzard lacking quality game dev

Healers with low mrr also don’t want to play against players who don’t leave the arena. They have a high rating, mrr, lots of titles and mounts from older seasons. It’s terribly demotivating. And there is only one effect. Fewer healers through discouragement. No progression just right away you play with people around 2k rating with barely 1200. This is a joke.
