SSC Attunement

So, in TBC Classic the Attunement for SSC got removed. For WotLK I started fresh on Jin’Do-EU, and am going for the Salty title.

Now, it seems like you need to get the attunement once more. Is this intended? Would love to go and catch up the Lurker soon, but doing the achievement on a fresh., low-pop realm will be a pain in the …

Surely a bug then. Attunements for SSC were removed in P3(?) of TBC classic and didn’t return, or atleast that’s what I think.
