The answer should be obvious and a big No. But I ask anyway.
Is it possible to stack traits like Arcane Pummeling, Quick Thinking etc so they proc more often?
Usually answer is that anything that effects your abilities by a % doesn’t and everything that increase by a set figure does. Although the numbers for arcane pumnelling suggest the % does stack. Best way to check is look on trait stacking on bloodmallet.
