Stance form macros/keybinds for druid

Any recommendation on how to change stance form as a druid, I don’t want to click on the screen every time I want to change form.

What exactly is your issue? What is the macro supposed to do?

I have mine bound to Alt 1-4 and my travel form on my Opie addon, maybe considering doing that? Maybe with a different modifier if Alt is already use.
