Ever since the latest weekly reset, it feels like my Starfire is doing way lower damage than intented. For example, since reset i went up from 613 to 616 ilvl including a 619 Spymasters gained from Vault, and even with 40 stacks Spy + 15% Dungeon Finder buff, i’m still doing less damage with Starfire than before reset, according to warcraftlogs from previous HC raids before reset.
Also Umbral Embrace is only proccing 40% when it should procc 75% additional damage.
Anyone else noticed or thought about this?
