Starting Areas

Not sure whether this is the best forums to put this in, but I’m sure someone will move it to the right one if it isn’t :slight_smile:

When the starting areas part was changed so that you had the choice to start in the new area or the original area, I noticed when starting a DK that there was no choice but to start in Northrend. Why was the DK starting area removed instead of being given the option of that or Northrend? I know the DK starting area is still in the game as I found recently that I have an old DK that is still doing the quests in it. I really want to play the character but if I finish the quests there I will lose the chance to play there again.

Please, please, please bring back the DK starting area as an option.

Hm… The starting area is there!
I just created an Orc DK yesterday to try to get an Achievement for throwing snowballs at sertain race-classes but I gave up cuz I started at the DK starting zone which is so long…

The DK starting area made me give up of the achievement. So its there, man. I prefer to get to the Exiles… something but I had no choise.

You start on the original starting area if you make a DK of the core races. You start in Northrend if you make an allied race DK. :slight_smile:

Ah ok thank you. I must have created my last DK with one of the new allied races then lol. I’m glad I will still be able to do it with the core ones :slight_smile:
