Starting quests on broken isles. But cannot find the quest

Hello there. Recently started wow and I want to unlock the void elves with my boosted lvl 120 mage.

So i managed To get the quest unite the isles from khadgar. I went to suramar and got friendly with the nightborne. Okay thats done.

Now i want to get friendly with the others but.

  • cannot find quests leading to azsuna or other places in dalaran
  • when i go to the mage hall. There is no one there to give me a quest and no scouting map.
  • when i leave for azsuna (flying there) its Empty. No quests at all.

Can someone help me .

If you’re boosted can’t you get the quest “The Hand of Fate” from Khadgar to go to Argus? I know you technically haven’t done all the normal requirements but I’m not sure it’s necessary for a boosted character.
