Starting the Undead Heritage armor quest

I logged in today on my lvl 70 Undead DK and I’m Exalted with Undercity. I didn’t receive the quest and I can’t find it in the Adventure Journal.
Is it true I have to do the SL Return to Lordaeron questline that rewards the Dark Ranger customization to get ut in my Undead, even though I finished it on another character?

Yes. Cus otherwise you dont have access to the newest undercity phasing, which you need.

I did not auto recieve the quest either on forsaken/undead.
I picked it up in Orgrimmar.
