can you tell me why high level characters are spawning in starter zones and appear stunned making it crowded and no fun for people creating new characters lots of people are complaining , will it be fixed thank you

ive tried all classic starter zones, before the expansion it never happened just seems to have started since ,its as if someone has logged on a new character , they appear lvl 68, 70, etc and immediatly appear stunned then after a minute or two fade out
Yeah, that sounds like newly created characters using level boosts.
Without giving out any spoilers - there is a new quest chain in Dragonflight that takes high level characters that are on that quest chain back in time to their respective starting zones for a while. As it is kind of just “peaking into the past”, they appear stunned because they only have a cutscene and a dialogue to follow before being pulled back to the Dragon Isles and their own time.
