I don’t understand 1 thing… you wrote “Versatility>Haste>Mastery” but why the characters you linked me are “Versa>mastery>haste>crit” or “Versa>mastery>crit>haste>”?

Vers > haste=mastery > crit
haste vs mastery is mostly preference, they are both good.

Vers is the best secodary stat
Afterwards you can either go for 15 to 20% haste and rest go mastery for a more smooth rotation or you can go mastery for a less smooth rotation but with higher burst/numbers. That is totally up to you but from my point of view , since the think you want the most is the burst damage , mastery is more preferably than haste.
Also if you are not minmaxing and you are just going for let’s say up to 1800 rating i think you can do it with either setup so pick whatever feels more comfortable playing with
