Im new to learning the resto druid. I like to do pve content: M+ & raiding.
All the conquest gear (pvp) has versatility on it. But I read in some guide that you need haste + Mastery for dungeon healing. Im confused now…
Im very curious about the stat priority I need for PVE content. Do I need versatility or can I skip it and focus on haste & mastery?
If you want to do pve content get your gear from pve, world quests and heroic and m0. Pvp gear is, big surprise, for pvp, because versatility also lowers the damage you take, while increasing your own (or in that case, healing).
Depends on what content you do. If u do like +10s u can heal those even with your wosrt stats( note that many times there are guides like haste>crit>mastery>vers difference between them are like 0.1%).
If u push higher, u want optimal stats for sure but for most classes rn ilvl>>>>stats ( apart from specific slots)
If u wanna push realy higher keys, your stat prio changes, and even if vers isnt best for gealing output it might become best stat cuz u cant survive without it.
Also…
Why do u care about pvp gear if u wanna do pve? Just gear in pve and forget there is any pvp gear if u aint doing that content and u dont have to worry about its stats…
