Now with the weapon specialization runes, what is the point of human racial to get weapon skill? Its basically like the weapon skill racial has been removed from the game.

So what useful racial does a human have?

Rep gain - Sure this one is great but not something that actually helps you out in combat.

Spirit gain - Sure good for some classes but useless for others.

Perception - Very niché use in pvp. Not comparative to other pvp racials like Orc Stun resist, Troll berserk, Undead Will of the forsaken, Gnome escape artist. ETC.

What was the devs thinking? Humans are by far the weakest race at this point.

The only way I see to fix this is. Make the weapon skill racial stack with the rune. Give human the PVP racial they got later on in the expansion that replaces pvp trinket use.

Easy fix would be that they make Ring rune + racial stackable.
305 is the important cap to reach, everyone can do that now. Good… but why is it forbidden to get to 310 with the racials when the 5 points from 305 to 310 provide significant less effect anyway?
The racials would be ok to have instead of being 100% worthless, but not a such strong impact like it was in vanilla.

Humans and orcs still have the advantage in that they have the +5 by default while others have to sacrifice an equipment/rune slot to get the buff

because we really want to wield 4 weapons at once
only one slightly benefitting would be fury warrior, but even then it’s questionable

There’s nothing else to put on rings though so you don’t “sacrifice” anything.

Completely remove all racials imo…

It’s dumb that we choose races based on performance in different activites rather than just looks in an RPG game

No you’re wrong here. There is no alternative to this rune for rings for melee specs so technically they dont “sacrifice” a rune.

you dont need to put nothing on ring because u have racial but other can who dont have and I dont see issue here except humans being selfish,

The issue is that other races have racials that do help them. Theres no free rune that gives me orc stun resist or undead will of the forsaken ability at no cost.

Or troll berserk etc.

The issue is other races have racials that help them in pvp and pve, humans do not really have that.

Then say for Alliance balance we need more runes similar as Horde racials.

The whole point of these runes was to stop Humans wanting swords over everyone else and orcs wanting axes over everyone else.

You’re a min-maxer because you chose human for its racial and now you’re complaining about its racial being meaningless due to weapon skill update whereas I chose orc because orcs look cool, so don’t call me a min-maxer, min-maxer.
