Look what they did to the game and no need to ask further.
Tbf, there should be a minimum Ilvl to join bgs.
Its not hard to get items to be able to join either.
Bloody Tokens, The weekly World PvP quest + the daily quests, Cache drops.
Should result to 1 conquest item, 2 honor items and 4 more of Bloody Tokens.
As for the premades:
System limit of 5 man is a clear statement, if not it wouldnt be there, those who find ways to bypass it should face bans.

As a hotfix they should remove factions, like in rated bg. Just matchmake people based on performance history, hidden mm/random bg rating.
