Hello. in WoW classic fresh server (Giantstalker), the [Grand Staff of Jordan] & [Exquisite Sunderseer Mantle] dont give the %hit and %resiliance (tested on a lvl 80 and on a lvl 10).
Please fix this, need hit rating to fast level a 2nd char 
Not on a fresh server (Golemagg EU) but tried out [Polished Spaulders of Valor], [Polished Breastplate of Valor] and the [Bloodied Arcanite Reaper], all of them have the same problem. I get the base stats (Str+Stam) but not the green stats (Crit rating). I do get bonus xp though.
