It was so good for getting an opener, as you can position your pet for a stun, or just annoy people with spamming Kill Command.
You lose stealth if you get a Kill Command reset.
If you’re lucky you can keep stealth for a while, but personally I wouldn’t recommend more than one KC to get to the target asap.
Yeah, they nerfed it a while ago, or rather fixed it, because it was clearly a bug 
Best use now is to get a DH out of “see-through-stealth” with one KC
TBH they may as well take the ability away, at least for pvp. Imagine having to wait until your pets dots are gone to use it. It is a mindnumbingly stupid scenario they put us in because of pets.
