Stealth/non stealth bar

Hi there!
I use the standard Blizzard UI and I really thought that when I went into stealth on my Druid, the Bar-1 would change, like when it happens between changing Forms.
On my Rogue, the Bar-1 changes while in stealth.

Am I missing something or is this normal behaviour??

Cat Druid has no special abilities for stealth-only usage. So we have no separate spell bar for stealth.
