as the title say blizzard did not made any single class tuning and did not talk about it since 8.2 release. the class balance in the current patch is TERRIBLE some classes perform 7/8k less dps in single target enviroment (while not doing more in aoe or cleave) and blizzard simply ignore it. whats the problem? their lack of competent developers was obvious since the launch of BFA but their manage to do even worst now simply by doing nothing at all: tons of useless azerite traits and hundreds of garbage talents who noone ever played and they refuse to put some effort for fix it and balance the game. WoW was once glorious and with a solid team of developers behind it who actually played the game and knew their sh1t, sadly today we pay a subscription for a game that look like a free mobile app. why blizzard?

The essence balance is another can of worms they’ll have to deal with. Some of these are absolutely mandatory for some specs while majority are utterly useless for most.
Actually they buffed arcane mages so there were class tunings (and changed some item’s power in PvP).
Also like 2 weeks passed since the release of the Mythic raid, no 3rd azerite slot, some r3 essences available only, 445 gear only available for a few ppl, etc… Probably they will wait until the damage charts / statistics stabilize a bit.
Class balance at the moment is way better than Legion or the start of BFA. And essences helped many classes actually.
They even fixed frost dks, even though pooling is still used.
If you cant dps, you probably are simply bad
so… dunno, 8.3? 6 months of nothing from the balance team in a payd subscription game while the game status itself is terrible? not even in a free to play…
How did you get that estimate?
The first 3d slot essences will be unlocked within this month. Then they will have proper feedback on balancing around what will be the status quo of this patch.
So ill wait until that first.
the damage chart is allready stable mate and many guilds are halfway throught the mythic raid with at least 4 boss killed. what are they waiting for? they will balance this tier when the next will come live? i dunno much about pvp because i’m mostly a PvE player now and i’m talking about a pve point of view but as far as i know even the pvp balance is terrible

aaaaaaah ok, you mean the third ESSENCE slot then, you write third azerite slot; i thought you was talking about an ipotetical third outer ring for azerite pieces. ye, you might be right and we have to hope for it but even if this will be the case (and i doubt it sadly) it will be too late, really too late. People with bad classes are very likely to be benched during the guild progress runs if the guild want to maximize the raid potential and are ofter declined in pug groups just because their class. add to this that reroll are literally impossible now due to essences, reputations, bentic gear wich is stupidly op in raid and neck level and the result is that everyone who chose a bad class cant enjoy the game because the dev refuse to spend some time balancing it (or even worst they dont know about the problem) this should not happen in a payd subscription game
Patiently waiting for balance druids and rogues to get some well deserved buffs, poor guys being struggling this entire expansion.

Poor chaps have so little utility too. Hopefully a minor bump, say BL to Boomkins and BR to rogues would help.
Its not. Most people just unlocked rank 3 condensed life force yesterday and it already jumped as top dps essence in logs. Als some essences scale with neck like Vision of Perfection, some classes like Ret pala or Demo lock who do most dps during their Wings/Tyrant are getting much stronger each neck level. Charts wont stabilize until most people have neck 65 and rank 3 essencrs

The 2nd essence slot alone shook things up a lot. The 3d one will very likely change the face of the rankings again.
many very strong guilds is still trying to kill Mythic Azshara, those ppl invested absolutly crazy amount of time to gear their specs, dont expect any class changes until the the race is truly over :), after that i am sure they will come with some tunning.

azerite traits made evrything complicated, they now have to balance talents and on top of that azerite traits. dont expect bigger changes during an expac, ion said. means wait until 9.0 hits live and hope for some good adjustments
They will fix it next expansion, right? Hahah this is what i am used to hear since cataclysm and i am really bored of their lame excuses. This game is so disgusting i started playing balance after more then 10 years playing feral only!
