few months ago blizzard had the audacity to say they were not adding in the build in quest helper ( Map waypoints etc) … then they reversed that decision… but its still NOT in the game… anyone else getting sick and tired of paying for a product and having 0 communication from anyone about anything?

it’s exactly the same with the disenchant button, they tried to say it was to “preserve the classic experience”. preserve working hours, that lack of shame.

Well I’ll tell you my reason: Official things work better. Be it features, graphics, you name it. Built in quest helper works so much better than questie ever will, has waaay less bugs, is supported by the game and doesn’t make your game require even more of your pc than it already does.
Plus the in-game quest helper does not fill your map with icons, it just marks areas with a different color. That’s all

At some point did not mean pre-patch launch. It’ll probably take them a while. They’re likely going to rewrite the code to fit the 8.0 client used for classic (if they plan on actually implementing at all), as well as test it for bugs, make sure it works for basically every quest in the game. Also I believe they’ll be stubborn about this and bring it in like 3.3 content phase (alongside rdf perhaps?)
“Classic experience” according to their understanding. It’s strange mutant, content of Wrath, but QoL of classic. I want to have all QoL features of WOTLK, which made it best expansion for me.
Use carbonite and ignore blizz. When wrath launches IT will be all about dungeons spam anyway
it will be added later … at some point means just this, later, not now
