Still no new model for Ghost Wolf?

Everytime I press my key binding and transform into the current version of the Ghost Wolf it feels like the model is so out of place.

I was really hoping to see a new model for it coming in the next few patches but it's not even on the horizon for 8.2 it seems.

Kinda disappointed when you add that on top of the lackluster class that shaman is right now.

Would like to see the new raptor models to be used for the spectral raptor form, especialy with zandalari trolls comming soon

There's also another example, it's called Hati.

When I saw Hati, and the effects, I was thinking straight away....ghost wolf form....and you can have different versions, like the class mount.

Sure, like someone else said, they have more important things to think off. That being said, they spend loads of time giving druids new forms, check Legian and new Allied races. Why shamans should have the same form like forever?

I mean, pretty much all the races have or are about to have new models.
Demo got new models for their demons.
Druid got a ton of new models for his various forms.
Meanwhile Shaman has the old model, don't think it's the one from vanilla but it's not that far.

They are too busy with making 5 different new shapeshift forms for druids for the 7th time.

Seriously. An up to date new model to Ghost Wolf isn’t too much to ask for.

Better get used to things as they are. If theres gonna be any change, itll probably be more totems being removed from our spellbook. Please let my precious Tickle Totem be spared

Ghost Wolf was updated in WoD so it was already revamped with new character models. Only vanilla model used is the Raptor for the glyph and this one could use an update. The current wolf is fine and meets the current standards.

Edit: Hati has almost the same exact model as current Ghost Wolf, the only difference are ears and teeth and textures.

Honestly, I’d rather keep this model but have more glyphs options.

For example, I’d love a spirit crow, saber or maybe a ram for Dwarves, etc. There should be much more options than just a wolf and raptor.
