Which still applies to everyone else. I did WQs and as you pointed out; barely so at that. And I got Azerothian Diplomat barely a month after reaching 120.
You said it yourself: Zero effort. Why should it be made even easier for people who did NOT play?
Because, they have to log in for 6-9 weeks, every day, to do all WQs for that faction, that’s lot of effort and lot of waiting, which is not reasonable.
It’s a reason some people buy the expansion, it’s heavily advertised, I bought it for kul’tirans, some people buy it for something else. You don’t need to wait 6-9 weeks to unlock a raid, you don’t need to unlock mythic+ through a month+ of tedious content, and should most definitely not have to do tedious 30 min content day by day for 6-9 weeks just so you can play the game. Anyone that buys BFA this week, starts from friendly reputation assuming they did some zone quests, making them grind WQs, one of worst things WoW ever implemented, for 6-9 weeks, just to make their character, is too much.
Or they can use a contract for that faction & speed up the process.
