Still no Zidormi in Vale of Eternal Blossoms

I have seen plenty of posts about this on both the US-section of the forum and EU, but nothing has been addressed to fix the bug that Zidormi just doesnt show up at her spot at Mogu’shan Palace where we are supposed to speak to her and change phase to the 8.3 BFA assaults.

This results in having to wait until the next time it appears in Uldum instead of being able to run the assaults/raid on a weekly basis.
I have the cloak and I have started the questline, I just dont know what else to do here.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Okay it appeared once I did the 8.3 intro quests in Uldum and once I was done and got to Pandaria, it was in the correct phase and Zidormi was at the palace as intended.
I just assumed that it would be up since Uldum assault was and I had done no previous questing in BFA at that point.

Can close or mark as solved.

Sure it’s a bug and not phasing due to a questline not being done?

Im trying to figure that out now, so Im doing more 8.3 quests to see what happens.
Strange enough I have no issue to see the invasion and obelisks in Uldum when its up.
