Still not able to play on my main due bug

Hey,

I was playing on my main (Supergirlbun-Kazzak) when I got disconnected then when I try to log in it keeps saying “a character with this name already exists”. I have tried everything to get it work but still nothing. Obviously tried to do whatever the support said about this issue, however, the problem still occurs after several time.

Any idea how to deal with this issue tho?

After hundreds and hundreds try, I still unable to play on my main. Did resetting UI, moved the character to safe location through support unstuck option, refleshed my cmd as an administrator, deleted everything and downloaded again the game. Maintenance did not help either. I am utterly sad and devestated due losing my main which I have paid a lot of money for some stuffs or tokens, with all the money and achivement on it. Still waiting on an updated answer from the Support… Literally upsetting.

I got the exact same problem as Supergirlbun, with my main being stuck, getting the same error and have tried exactly everything to be able to login to it.

All other characters work fine except this perticular character.

Hey,

This error message (i.e. “a character with this name already exists”) is completely normal, and happens if you didn’t leave the game correctly (e.g. via a disconnection, game crash, etc.).

It may take 10-15 minutes for the game to correctly disconnect your character, and you should be able to log back in after that time without any issue.

If you still can’t log back in, you can use the Stuck character self service to move your character to a safe location, without having to contacter a game master.
