why worlds still all offline? its been for 12h and show to me all worlds offline since the update

Servers are online currently.
I’m still able to log into the servers.
EU hasn’t even gone down yet, you might be complaining in the wrong region.

Do the realms show as incompatable? A few people have recieved the update patch a little earlier than they should of done, preventing them logging into realms.
EU will go down in just under an hour anyway so if that’s the problem you should have no issues once they are back up again.
My client still says 10.2.7.55664 and Pre-release content downloaded… Realms are up and running like nothing happened… I guess they decided to push it forward or something?
A small few found their clients had updated to 11.0, basically the pre-release content had activated earlier than it should (possibly becuase they had US accounts aswell as EU). Due to that you could not login into the EU realms becuase the realms are still 10.2.
Europe always gets patches and maintenances on Wednesdays… the US gets it on Tuesdays.

no I’m not, my account is USA, try switched at the time but they not allow me to do it… and the servers for me still offline
If your account is a US one then you are in the wrong region. EU servers are set to go down from 3 am to 11am eu server time.
All EU realms are offline as can be seen here. They will be online at 11 again.
11am back online server? Oh well
