It is extremtly annoying when you make anything and it buffs you to wear robe, transmog into ench wep and all kind of professions. I removed EVERY TIME I DO so please REMOVE it!!! Thank you!
10 seconds of internet searching would have shown you that there is an NPC for this.
Seek out Mahra Treebender in Valdrakken at 31.5 64.6

In case you don’t have cords, Mahra is in-between the Enchanting and Tailor trainer, next to a small bush.
